Lower Left: Hand-written in pencil on the matting: "Waterton Lakes, Alberta". In 1924, he established A.E. Cross Studio at 906 3rd Avenue South in Lethbridge. As Waterton Lakes National Park expanded its tourism footprint in the mid-1920s, A.E. Cross traveled to the park to capture its dramatic, wind-swept geology.
