Large-format 1956 booklet on the geology and geography of Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. It measures 12″ x 9″ and has 36 pages, including four full-page maps plus numerous line-art illustrations as well as photographs in color and black-and-white. The text is by Herbert Ernest Gregory, noted Yale professor, geologist for the U.S. Geological Survey, and member of the Association of American Geographers. The booklet is an official publication of the Zion-Bryce Natural History Association and was printed by the Art City Publishing Company of Springville, Utah. Condition: It is in very good, lightly used condition, bright and clean, with a tiny chip at the lower corner of the front cover, a few faint smudges, and no marks or writing.
